I have more than 20 years of experience working with some senior members of staff within Scotland, business owners and senior executives, this has provide me with the insight and first hand perspective on how to help people when the pressure is real and life is very busy. The sessions are all based upon strong scientific research and are about encouraging individuals to take part in their own health with a proactive approach.

  • Gut Microbiome

    The Sessions on the gut microbiome, teach people how what we consume has a direct impact on our immune system and our brain health. Helping to combat post lunch slump and keep focus and productivity high throughout the day. Looking at our hormones and they way in which the impact our whole system, hormones are very powerful within our bodies and a functional understanding of them can be a real light build moment for people.

  • Mindfulness

    As an accredited mindfulness teacher I have a deep understanding the impact a mindfulness practice can have on people. Identification of stress levels being elevated and as a result physical and mental health being effected, choosing a mindfulness based program, will provide a real tool, based on scientific research to equip your employees with new skills to help cope with fast pace environments. Raising awareness of how we are and providing a tool kit to tackle the sensation of stress and gain a sense of balance. Being able to stop and take a moment, can be so powerful.

  • Pilates

    Pilates for posture and good alignment to reduce back pain and energise the body has been my passion for over 2 decade. I have been teaching mat work and reformer pilates for help improve posture, core stability and strength. This is a great workplace exercise program as it requires a small space, low cost equipment and a perfect way to combat issues for bodies that spend long periods of time sitting.
