Hazel Gray

Hazel began her love of fitness as a talented young middle distance runner where she enjoyed competing in fitness events and competitions. She holds a degree in Leisure and Management and is a qualified personal trainer, exercise to music instructor and Barre teacher with a strong passion for Pilates Reformer and mat work.

Time spent as a Keiser International master trainer for indoor cycling allowed her to travel and teach at fitness events and conventions around the world. A short but fun time assisting the Scottish International Rugby team during the World Cup shows some of the diversity in her work.

Day-to-day work is in the boutique studio she owns, with one to one clients and groups of up to 6 people. The past twenty years have been spent developing teaching skills and becoming a fitness expert.

Her warm, motivational and enthusiastic approach is felt through her passion for teaching and continued learning. Hazel believes in the foundation of great quality movement and educating her clients about all aspects of fitness and well being. Most recently her desire to work on mind set and coaching for change has led her to develop understanding of how we create success with fitness training and the impact on mental health.

When not working she loves to spend time with her Husband and two children, walking the family dog, enjoying a spot of shopping, the occasional glass of wine and nice meal with good friends.
