Our Well Fit Workshops are built around key fitness principles.  They incorporate topics of interest and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. We aim to educate and develop your knowledge on fitness and well being, while providing truly memorable experiences in comfortable settings. 

Our over-riding aim is to pass on knowledge, provide inspiration and empower clients to prioritise and truly value themselves. 

Well Fit is not just about exercise, but also how to form habitual behaviours and promote long-term motivation. It is about the power of the mind, the need to train and understand mind-set and accountability. Coverage of these topics will form the final segment of each workshop.

5 types of workshop 

We have a range of workshops to suit your desired fitness and wellness goals. Choose from ‘The Original’ conditioning, barre, pilates, nutrition and coaching for change. ‘Tennis and Fitness’ alongside Jordan Gray. ‘Cycling and Pilates’- cycling specific pilates and conditioning. Or our ‘Running Workshop’- running, biomechanics, drills, track, pace, roads and trail/hills. 

We also have the option to create a tailored program for your group.
