Meditation & Movement

This session is 3 hours long and includes a cuppa and snack. Mindful movement, forest bathing and grounding. Systems of our body homeostasis and what can we do to aid balance in mind and body. Sleep, nutrients, awareness, circulation and lymphatic drainage. Mediation on balance, centering and the power of being present. Cost is £40, limited to 6 places per session.
