‘The Original Workshop’, conditioning, barre, pilates, nutrition and coaching for change….
The idea behind this workshop is to bring the most key health and fitness aspects to our clients. You will take away body weight and small kit training tips that you can use in your own home. Incorporating small stability balls, mini resistance bands and your own body weight to condition the whole body.
Ballet Barre is the most elongating and posture enhancing class, which teaches us to hold ourselves like we are on top of the world. Not to mention the sculpting and toning of the high repletion, lets shake, burn and tremble with the Barre method!
Pilates is a key part of all movement. This focuses on the fundamental principals of concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breath.
During the Nutrition Workshop, we will be demystifying myths, understanding the workings of our gut and relating it to real health issues. The focus is on nourishment and optimising our health with the right food. Guest speaker and microbiologist Janice Cline is our partner here. (Nourished by Nature) and will talk you through her expertise in this area.
The final session brings all the information you have learned together to help you understand the power of planning, mindset and protecting your enthusiasm. We finish the workshop with our mindfulness practice and how to journal.
